2025/26 Cheer Classes


Our cheer classes are designed for athletes of all levels to build skills, confidence, and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment.

Classes run from September 2025 through April 2026, culminating in a showcase in April where athletes can demonstrate what they’ve learned. Each class is one hour long and costs $70 per month, with fees remaining the same regardless of holidays or business closures.

Cheer 101 

Cheer 101 (Ages 5–7)

Introduce your little one to the exciting world of cheer! In this fun, high-energy class, kids will learn basic cheer skills like jumps, chants, simple stunts, and motions in a safe and supportive environment.

Cheer 101 (Ages 8+)

Jump, chant, and shine! Our Cheer 101 class for ages 8+ teaches the basics of cheer—motions, jumps, and beginner stunts—while building confidence, teamwork, and coordination. A fun, high-energy way to start your cheer journey!

Cheer Tumbling

Intro to Tumbling

Intro to Tumbling is the perfect starting point for athletes new to cheer. This class focuses on building balance, strength, and coordination while teaching the fundamentals of cheer tumbling.

Participants will practice basic skills like forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands in a fun, supportive environment designed to help every athlete gain confidence and a strong foundation for future tumbling skills.

Level 1 Tumbling

Cheer Tumbling Level 1 is designed for athletes to learn beginning tumbling skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Participants will work on fundamentals such as handstands, forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and front and back limbers, building strength, coordination, and confidence along the way.

Level 2 Tumbling

Cheer Tumbling Level 2 is designed for athletes ready to build on their existing tumbling skills.

Participants will work on front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, and running tumbling, all while improving strength, technique, and confidence in a supportive, fun environment.

Strength & Stunting

Ages 8+

This class is designed to help athletes build both strength and stunting skills. Athletes will follow individualized workout plans and strength progressions to increase overall power and conditioning.

Stunting practice will depend on the athletes present and their skill levels, so it may not be included in every class.

Classes are split by age range to ensure appropriate progression and safety.
