Recreational Competition Teams

Our recreational competition teams are all about building confidence, teamwork, and cheer skills while having fun!

These teams provide athletes of all levels the opportunity to learn stunts, jumps, tumbling, and cheer choreography in a supportive and positive environment. Beyond skill development, our teams embody sportsmanship, dedication, and a love for cheerleading. Athletes not only grow as performers but also as individuals—developing leadership, collaboration, and self-confidence both on and off the mat.

At PYC, our recreational competition teams are more than just cheerleading—they’re a place to make friends, celebrate achievements, and be part of a community that inspires every athlete to reach their full potential.

Team Placement

Team placements for the 2025/26 competition season is now closed.

Details for the 2026/27 season will be available in early spring, including how to register, Evaluation Day information, and team placement.

We highly recommend families consider enrolling their athletes in an additional tumbling class with PYC. This helps athletes progress in their tumbling skills throughout the season and better understand what our coaches are looking for.
